Model 960AMF- Digital Calibration Gas Generator
Laboratory: Stand alone
Process: fully integrated
A portable, fully automated, mutli-compound
calibration gas generator that provides the user maximum flexibility
and accuracy when creating calibration blends. This dynamic
unit can also be fully integrated in your process analyzer at the
time of your analyzer purchase, a feature many regard as beneficial
for space maximization and the bottom-line!
Model
210 Constant Rate Syringe Auto Injector
Provides constant-rate syringe
injections for liquid or gas samples. The
injection rate and volume is fully configurable from the CiSmart
software, no need to learn two different software pacts. The
Model 210 is designed for very small sample volumes.
Model 220 Constant Rate Solid Auto Injector
A fully automated auto-injector
for solid or crude oil samples. The
model 220 features a temperature-controlled combustion chamber with
a programmable temperature ramp combined with precision injection
system. The combustion product is carried into the analyzer
where it can be quantified for multiple impurities.
Model 9610- Liquid Auto Injector
For Laboratory Units
The 9610 liquid auto-injector eliminates
the need for manual syringe injections. It provides multiple bursts of your sample into
the analyzer (not to be confused with the model 210). It has
accurate and repeatable sample introduction eliminating possible
human error when introducing the sample into the analyzer. The
Model 9610 is used when performing Total Sulfur, Total Nitrogen,
or Total Chlorides analyses with Model 2010L, 2020L, and 9600L.
Robotic Auto Sampler:
The Robotic Auto Sampler is used
when processing multiple samples. The
unit provides sample capacity for more than 200, 2ml vials. The
injection volume can be configured from 100nl up to 250µl to
meet the requirements of virtually any application. The Injection
program is fully configurable from the CiSmart application or from
the attached keypad.
LPG
Sampling Station
The LPG Station is used when analyzing
liquefied petroleum (LP) gases with Model 2010L, 2020L,
and 9600L analyzers.
Designed to ensure a low-pressure, gas phase sample to the analyzer’s
injection system. The LPG Sampling Station provides an electrically-heated
pressure-reducing regulator with an adjustable set point. The regulator
can also be operated without heat.
