The certificate program in Laboratory Quality Control and Technician Competency Levels is designed for lab supervisors who wish to evaluate the level at which their laboratory is functioning in every respect. For this particular certificate, C.I. training specialists will come on-site to visit your laboratory and your employees. We will evaluate both the lab as a whole and each individual employee who is willing to participate in the program. A specific training program will then be designed based on your needs. The employees will be evaluated according to the table below. This will increase your laboratory’s efficiency and help your lab function as one unit.
