The Sensi-Tape Detection System is designed to produce repeatable results when exposed to a target gas. That repeatability is supported by a rigorous quality control program with standards strict enough to meet the requirements of the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Each and every batch of Sensi-Tape is dynamically tested with the gas it is formulated to monitor, and it must meet more stringent performance standards than those recommended as acceptable by NIOSH.
Finally, each step in the manufacturing and testing process is fully documented and traceable through the serial number assigned to every tape. Using that number, the detector tape’s date of manufacture, raw materials used in processing, performance in quality control testing, and the lab technician who performed the quality control tests can be determined.
By these testing and documentation procedure, plus our years of experience in developing the tape toxic gas detection media, you are assured of an accurate, reliable, sensitive and specific method for protecting your process streams from various poisons and against exposures to target gases.
