CI provides telephone support for questions that arise relative to the operation or troubleshooting of an instrument or clarification of training issues. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE/SERVICE
Many of our clients who purchase high-end systems and many of those who operate older systems purchase a preventive maintenance contract to ensure that the instrument functions reliably on a continual basis each year. On-site preventive maintenance/service consists of traveling to the customer's site with the parts, knowledge and expertise required to minimize or eliminate any down time. All members of the Service Team at C.I. are thoroughly trained in service, repair, theory of operation and functionality of all of our products. C.I. offers two, three, and four day contracts that are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

NON-CONTRACT MAINTENANCE/SERVICE
C.I.'s Factory-Certified Service Personnel are qualified and available to perform maintenance/service on C.I. instruments world-wide. On-site maintenance/service consists of traveling to the customer's site with the parts, knowledge and expertise required to minimize or eliminate any down time. All members of the Service Team at C.I. are thoroughly trained in service, repair, theory of operation and functionality of all of our products. Each person adds his or her expertise to the department as a whole and to each other member of the team through cross training and shared knowledge. Please contact the C.I. SERVICE/REPAIR OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS' ANALYZERS
C.I.'s Factory-Certified Service Personnel understand all manufacturers' laboratory sulfur analyzers and are qualified to repair these instruments, in many cases, providing significant savings to the customer when compared with the original manufacturer's parts/service rates. Several options include:
