(Montreal), Canada, the C.I. School of Hydrocarbon Technology
and Training Institute serves as the primary educational
facility for C.I. customers. State-of-the-art teaching media is
employed in classrooms, and instruments representing CI's major
product lines are showcased in our hands-on teaching
laboratories. Our instructors are fully qualified and
experienced with the course materials and instruments. |

Course development is based on both theoretical and practical
applications. We welcome and encourage colleague discussions and
our courses include an opportunity to interact with CI product
specialists. A limit of 10 students per class ensures that
each trainee receives intensive and relevant training.

For Whom Are The C.I.
Certificate Programs Designed?
Most of these courses are designed
for the laboratory and process personnel who work with the equipment
and include a heavy emphasis on hands-on training. Engineers
can also benefit from the courses by gaining knowledge that will
assist in properly selecting equipment for specific applications.
The certificate programs are ideal
for:
- Laboratories concerned
about the general chemical knowledge and education in the chemical
field of their employees
- Laboratory technicians,
providing them with tools to evaluate their individual competency
- Laboratory supervisors who
wish to evaluate their lab and its efficiency
On-Site Training
C.I.s’ on-site training
provides students with a truly hands on experience. We offer a wide
range of on-site classes; some of which include working with C.I.’s
very own state-of-the-art process analyzers. On-Site means that we
can either come to you or you can also come on-site to us. C.I. is
very flexible in their course offerings. We are willing to address
topics that require more attention. We can also focus on you and
your company’s needs. In the Certificate in Lab Quality Control and
Technician Competency Level program C.I.’s trained specialists will
come to your lab and make an evaluation of your lab and its needs.

On-Line Course
Offerings
On-line learning is a low-cost
opportunity for people to maintain their lifestyle and acquire new
skills and knowledge at the same time. On-line learning permits
students to work at their own pace from any location. The C.I.
Training Institute offers many web-based training courses. They are
easy to follow, interactive and practical. Each course ends with a
comprehensive test to reinforce what they have learned. Details of
